Manual screen printer Tecprint 500 - Tecprint 700
These compact tabletop machines are particularly suitable for use with metal stencils with manual scraping.
The universal mechanical frame will allow you to mount stencils of any size without mounting holes.
You only need 2 minutes to change and stretch a new stencil quickly and easily.
Suitable for single and double sided PCBs.
Vertically controlled opening models for accurate deposition of your solder paste.
Easy to clean during the printing process.
Special features :
- Positioning of the board to be screen printed on two adjustable bars with stops
Three pre-set pins are provided to avoid sagging of the circuit (anti-buckling)
Double reflow process possible (25 mm height available)
Stencil placement in a few seconds
Very easy alignment in X, Y and theta ±7,0 mm
Delivered complete with accessories: anti-curl pins, metal squeegee
